All CIT products are made by fermentation using strictly natural ingredients. The products meet all regulations under the United States Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Section 101.22(i) (4), and the Council Directive of the European Communities (88/388/EEC), Article 1 (2) (b) (i). The products as natural "flavoring substance" as defined in European Communities (88/388/EEC, Article 9 (2) and U.S. 21CFR 101.22 (a) (3).
The CIT plant and all products are kosher and supervised by KOF-K.
